How do I reserve you for my date?
All dates are reserved once we receive your signed contract and a 50% deposit.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes. When traveling by car we charge $3.00 per mile EACH WAY (door-to-door) to locations over 30 miles from downtown Houston. These necessary costs are for time spent on the road.
When air travel is required, we charge airfare, lodging, meals and other associated costs.
Can we avoid paying sales tax or receive discounts, if we pay in cash?
No. Cash payments does not exempt us from paying local sales tax, currently at 8.25%.
How long does it take to get my prints or albums?
Typically, print orders will be completed and delivered within 2-3 weeks after the product order is submitted. Albums will be delivered within 5-8 weeks after placing the order. However, getting to that process largely depends on how many revisions you request and how quickly you finalize the design. This is entirely up to you. This can be a week, a month or over a year.
