Walk to Defeat ALS

The ALS Association’s Greater Houston Chapter conducted the Sugar Land Walk at Oyster Creek Park this morning.  Many showed their support despite the strong gusts of wind and 55 degree temperatures.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) often referred to as “Lou Gehrig’s” disease, is a progressive neurodegenerative disease attacking the nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord.  To find out more, please visit the ALS Association of Greater Houston Chapter site.

3rd Annual Cutest Baby Contest

Was held on May 22nd at Sugar Land’s City Hall.  All the babies were cute, but there can be only ONE.  Our lovely baby model Caitlin took first prize and made her parents even prouder.  Here’s a couple of pics from the morning.
