Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the high quality services we offer to you because you are our priority. We make it our goal to develop a long-term relationship with you. So we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience and your photos. If you are not 100% satisfied with your photos and the issue is something that was under our control, you may request a reshoot at no additional charge. We shoot again for FREE.

Special actor headshot conditions

You get four months from the date of our session to test your headshot. If it does not seem to be working for your purpose and feel it is due to the photo, you have up to four months to request a reshoot.

Satisfaction Guarantee Terms & Conditions

We do not provide refunds. However, we will provide you with a reshoot. If you are not satisfied with your photo for something that was under our control and you wish to schedule a reshoot, you must express this to us immediately upon receipt of your proofs. All reshoots must be scheduled within three (3) business days of receiving your proofs. This is not applicable to actor headshots.

In the case of one-time events and occasions, where reshoots are not possible, you will receive credit for additional services of equal or lesser value upon request. This guarantee only applies to paying clients only. Test for Prints (TFP) or Trade for CDs (TFCD) is not covered. This guarantee applies to photography only and not work provided by make-up artists, stylists, or designers. We are not responsible for bad hair days, bad skin, allergies, irritated eyes, illnesses, hangovers, makeup, weather, wardrobe malfunctions, sweat, static electricity, or other matters beyond our control.
